A. Tour booking process (room/air ticket/car rental):

1. Refer to the tour program on our website: acroasia.vn
2. Click on the “Booking” button in each program.
3. Fill on the customer information and click on the “Booking” button.
4. Admin will receive information and actively contact customers to confirm the service and instruct customers to make payment if requested.
- B. Regulation of the form of payment:
1. Payment by bank transfer to bank accounts at the menu “Payment”.
2. Payment through "Onepay" via ATM card.
3. Payment at the office of AcroAsia Travel with address: C21 Le Dinh Ly st, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province, Vietnam.
4. Online payment via gateways Paypal/ ZaloPay (contact for further instruction).
C. Tour cancellation policy:
In case customers cancel the tour before the departure date, they will have to pay the deposit or the cost of tour cancellation corresponding to each different market. Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday, Holidays and New Year Eve.
After paying, if customers want to transfer / cancel the tour, please bring the receipt to pay the tour registration office to carry out the tour transfer / cancellation procedure and bear the cost as stipulated in the contract. Do not solve cases of tour transfer / cancellation via phone.
